Join Remedy Alpine for a Spring Campout as we ski or snowshoe up to April Bowl in Summit Lake Recreation Area. We will climb up the Hatcher Pass summit road before moving up into April Bowl for a great overnight campout. If the weather is cooperating we will summit out Hatch Peak on Sunday morning before descending the Hatcher Pass road. Distance is 2.45-miles to the camp location. This is not a difficult hike into the basecamp. Yes, we will be gaining 1000 feet of elevation. But it is a gentle approach until the last 300"‘ where we will utilize switchbacks to reach the summit. Open to all military and veterans.
